After 15 years of working as a fitness professional, this seasoned fitness guru has seen and done it all! Ria fell in love with the fitness world in 1996, competing as a professional dancer, and she hasn’t looked back. She has amassed an impressive array of certifications touching on every aspect of the industry, from TRX and martial arts, to massage therapy, nutrition, and everything in between.

In 2004, Ria was featured as the “Fitness Model Face of the Year”, and also teaches in the ELLE fitness DVD series, “Krásnější s Elle”. Most recently Ria can be seen as the new face for the Holmes Place 2012 marketing campaign.

Ria founded the MPT Academy in July 2012, together with her brother, Gustav, and she is a full-time member of the team, focusing on personal training, nutrition, massage therapy and group  fitness instruction. She is currently training for the IFBB Bikini Competition, and is blogging about her progress on MPT web.
